No Bake Easy Granola Bars!


Easiest Recipe Ever!
Thrive Fruits are perfect for this recipe the only hard part is trying to decide which fruit combinations to use!

2 cups quick oats
1 cup Rice Krispies
1 1/2 cups of Freeze Dried Fruit
Place dry ingredients in your mixing bowl 
(don't forget to measure some out into mason jars or baggies for another time)

In a small pot melt
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
once it begins to bubble add
1 tsp vanilla
watch out it will bubble up really quickly once you add the vanilla! 
stir and simmer for 2 more minutes 
Dump contents into mixing bowl and mix with dry ingredients.
Once blended press mixture into a grease pan (around 8x8 size)
Press down firmly...I use my potato masher to press down.
Let sit and cool on counter for 2 hours.  Do not refrigerate or it will get too hard.
Voila! Done!

I added mango and pineapple plus some shredded coconut sprinkled on top.  I also switched the vanilla to Coconut extract!
