Oh my heck! Best Pizza Ever!

We do homemade pizza all the time at our house! If you think it is too tricky... I am about to convert you to a new way of thinking. Tonight I finally used a whole bunch of THRIVE toppings to make my own personalized delicious pizza!
First I made my dough... Which was easy... I have 2 amazing dough recipes. I will blog that later.
Second I used Thrive Tomato powder to make the best pizza sauce ever. Let me tell you now.... I will NEVER buy a can of pizza sauce EVER again!
It was so easy and so delicious!  I will post the recipe I used for that too!

Now here comes the best part of this blog... The toppings
This is what I used:
Small handful of the following:
Diced chicken
Red bell peppers
Mushrooms
Diced tomato
Chopped onion
Green chillies

I put a small amount of water in the bowl just enough to barely cover. Then stirred and let sit while I put the dough and sauce together. I put cheese on top of sauce and then spread the ingredients on top of the cheese. After about 5 minutes in the oven it looked like the toppings were drying out so I decided to add cheese on top of the toppings. Since I used up all the mozzarella I got creative and used marbled cheese slices I found in the fridge. That's how I roll.
Well it looked good coming out and it tasted amazing!!! Now I don't mean I just invented this so I Think it's pretty good... No no... I mean I just got up and ate another slice because just writing about it I was drooling.., I mean I will serve this when companies over just to impress them good!! Did I get the idea across??? It's that good!
It is exciting to me to know that all the ingredients I used I found in my pantry. Well except for the cheese... Thrive sells this stuff but if you are in Canada like me, it's not available yet. YET.
Now my brain is going a mile a minute thinking of all the topping combinations I can make!

Oh yeah I am posting the picture of the pepperoni I made for the kids too.....It was all soooooo good!

Picture of delicious sauce!!

Done Pizza...added more cheese on top to keep the Thrive toppings from drying out...Perfect!

Double Chocolate What?

These cookies are amazing! I mean really amazing! They taste so good! And the best part.... They are so full of veggies!!! You would never know! It's kind of exciting making these. I probably should have been some kind of spy... Cause I like being sneaky!!
It's fun watching your kids gobble them up and your inside sneaky voice is saying "heh heh heh!"
There are 3 cups of veggies in this delicious batch of cookies! See the picture for what I used...
Broccoli
Green beans
Spinach
Celery
Cauliflower
Red peppers
Green peas
Zucchini
Yea your reading this right!! And it was so easy! I just scooped 1/4 cup of each into my magic bullet and blended for 30 seconds! Dumped the powder into the batch when mixing. No chopping, slicing, steaming etc... So easy! And make up this magic powder and add to anything!!! The possibilities are endless!!
Thanks to my cousin Sara for this great idea!

Overnight Breakfast

I saw this idea on pinterest and couldn't wait to try...doesn't it look delicious? I put in diced potato, mushroom, onions, green pepper, bacon and cheese. Then you dump, a mixture of eggs and milk on top and let cook on low all night.
Well... I think this recipe will need some tweaking before I can dish out the recipe cards... It came out to dry and not enough flavor...
Any suggestions on what to add? Sour cream? Cream of .... Something soup? I've got to make this one work!
